Zarzir-Tech is an initiative to promote and encourage the Arab population in general and the Bedouin in particular, aimed at integrating into technological education and the world of employment and high-tech in particular. Zarzir Tech strives for an innovative technological center in Zarzir, which will be a bustling and attractive center of activity for young men and women in Bedouin society.
The project emphasizes the advancement of women and girls towards a professional and occupational vision while listening to their needs and maintaining the conservative and respectful color of life. Promoting underprivileged populations through a shift to entrepreneurial perception. Starling Tech gives free micro-style creative space to populations facing barriers, in order to provide them with a warm home and a framework for entrepreneurial thinking and productive action.
Objectives:
Establishment of an active and bustling technological center in Zarzir.

Target Audience :
The target audience of the project is female or academic graduates in the fields of engineering and technological studies.
Zarzir Tech also caters to boys and girls and offers a variety of experiences in technological activities in the morning and afternoon, without any need for prior experience.
Today, there are many female students in technology and the surrounding area who are studying technological and real studies, young women who have graduated and are not currently employed.
Need for which we come to answer:
Arab society and in particular Bedouin society suffers from a lack of access to resources, opportunities and exposure to professions with high demand and income that can promote personal and social leadership. Most young Bedouin do not pursue higher education at all and are integrated into low-wage employment. Among the Bedouin young women there is a positive trend and an increase in their appeal to an academic channel but still most of them turn to more traditional professions such as teaching and nursing. These professions are flooded with workers so that quite a few young women find themselves unemployed and frustrated. And those who have found work are forced to compromise on lower-than-average incomes.
